About Rubu' Qarn Entities
The “Rubu’ Qarn” Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, launched in September 2016 under the kind guidance of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Foundation, is the first Emirati, Arab, and regional organization dedicated to shaping a generation of Emiratis capable of leading and impacting the future while remaining rooted in their national identity.
The foundation encompasses four entities: Sharjah Children, Sharjah Youth, Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, and Sharjah for Capability Development—each maintaining administrative and financial independence. Rubu’ Qarn is responsible for setting a unified strategic vision across these entities to optimize efforts and invest resources through an integrated system of educational and developmental programs, research, and studies. The aim is to benefit participants, promote sustainability, and serve the community of Sharjah, the UAE, and the global society.
