Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah is organizing “Zawaya Sajaya,” an interactive, full-day program designed to introduce its members to the organization’s diverse learning pathways and opportunities. Through a series of specialized workshops held across its centers in Sharjah, Kalba, and Khor Fakkan, participants will explore the wide range of experiences and programs offered by Sajaya.
The event underscores Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah’s commitment to equipping its members with a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s diverse pathways, enabling them to make informed choices about future workshops and programmes. It also supports their personal development by helping them discover their interests and cultivate their talents within a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment.
“Zawaya Sajaya” seeks to achieve several strategic objectives, including fostering meaningful connections among members, encouraging greater participation in upcoming programmes and activities, and expanding the organization’s membership base by attracting new participants. The event will bring together 90 members at each of Sajaya’s centres in Sharjah, Kalba, and Khor Fakkan.
The event will take place on 6 June at Sajaya’s Sharjah Centre, followed by sessions on 7 June at its Kalba and Khor Fakkan centres. The programme features seven core pathways, offering a diverse selection of interactive workshops, including:
- Sports: Basketball, volleyball, and fencing.
- Literature and Languages: Crime Literature workshop.
- Life Skills: Soap-making workshop.
- Arts: Mosaic mug design, ceramic painting, and collaborative mixed-media art.
- Theatre: Our Theatre workshop.
- Science and Technology: Forensic Science: Where Evidence Speaks and Create and Design workshops.
- Music: Introduction to Piano workshop.
Through “Zawaya Sajaya,” Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah reaffirms its commitment to delivering enriching educational and hands-on learning experiences that broaden members’ horizons and strengthen their active engagement within the Sajaya community.
