Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah Organizes “Your Ideas, Our Plans 4”
Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah—an affiliate of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators—organized the fourth edition of its event “Your Ideas, Our Plans” in a fresh format, this time targeting parents at its Al Qarayen center.
The event aims to strengthen the bond between Sajaya’s members and their parents, as this relationship plays a vital role in the girls’ personal and emotional growth. A strong relationship directly impacts their self-confidence, helps define their ambitions, and supports the achievement of their goals.
To further develop this relationship, the focus must be on improving communication channels and fostering mutual understanding between girls and their parents. Therefore, Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah made sure to be an integral part of this initiative.
The event included an open dialogue between Sajaya members and their parents, an introduction to upcoming programs such as the winter program, and a platform for sharing ideas to enhance the services provided. It also included a review of previously implemented suggestions from past years.
