Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah Launches “Saifkum Weyana” Summer Program with 700 Participants and Inspiring Experiences
Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, one of the institutions under Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, is launching its 2025 summer program “Saifkum Weyana” from July 5 to August 2, targeting over 700 girls from various cities and regions across the Emirate of Sharjah.
This year’s program offers a rich and diverse experience that blends entertainment and learning, featuring a variety of workshops and specialized tracks including:
- Arts
- Sports and sports camps
- Technology
- Cooking
- Life skills and entrepreneurship
- Interactive competitions
Sheikha Al Shamsi, Director of Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, emphasized the importance of investing in the summer break to build skills and refine talents. She stated, “Our summer program reflects our vision of empowering girls through inspiring experiences that enrich their awareness and enhance their creative and social abilities in a safe and stimulating environment. This year, we’ve designed a comprehensive program that responds to the interests of young girls and allows them to express their passions in their own unique way.”
The summer program will be held across Sajaya’s centers in multiple locations throughout the Emirate of Sharjah, including Sharjah City, Kalba, Khorfakkan, Al Dhaid, Mleiha, Al Khurais, Al Madam, and Thamid, ensuring wide geographic coverage and access for girls from all areas.
Activities are organized in collaboration with partner institutions, such as Sharjah Ladies Club in Al Dhaid and Al Madam, and Sharjah Children’s Center in Dibba Al Hisn. In addition, Al Hamriyah Studios, in partnership with the Sharjah Art Foundation, will offer a comprehensive and creative experience.
The program also features participation from a group of “Police Friends” girls, offering them an engaging and enriching experience designed to enhance their leadership and social skills within an interactive and educational environment.
